You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. In the event you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact oakplay support immediately.
oakplay reserves the right to require additional verification at any time, including but not limited to at the point of first withdrawal, at any withdrawal above PHP 50,000, or when anomalous account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account access restriction.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, all oakplay Accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before real-money deposits and play are permitted.

The outcome of oakplay's investigation, conducted in good faith, is binding. Disputes that cannot be resolved through internal review may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oakplay Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

You may close your Account at any time by contacting oakplay support. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any pending transactions and withdrawal of any outstanding Real-Money Balance. Accounts subject to active investigations cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Balance is forfeited. Real-Money Balance is returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation requirements. These Terms, and any accrued rights and obligations, survive the termination of the Account.

oakplay does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that the Platform will be free of errors or defects, or that any technical issues will be resolved within any specific timeframe. Planned maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or events beyond oakplay's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability without liability to oakplay.
By using the oakplay Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. oakplay does not guarantee any outcome on any game. Playing on the Platform should be approached as entertainment and not as a source of income. You are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made through your Account.

You agree to first exhaust oakplay's internal dispute resolution process — by submitting a formal complaint to [email protected] — before initiating any formal legal or regulatory proceedings. oakplay will respond to formal complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
oakplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, account conditions, or payment terms — oakplay will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice posted on the Platform, an email to your registered email address, or an in-account notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
